Job summary

Hilbish Ford in Kannapolis, NC is looking for a dependable Shuttle Driver to transport customers to and from the dealership, airports, hotels, and service centers while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL may be required depending on shuttle size. Prior shuttle experience is a plus, and punctuality with strong navigation skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL may be required depending on shuttle size.
• Previous shuttle driving or related experience preferred.
• Punctuality and ability to adhere to schedules.
• Strong navigation and map/GPS reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations such as airports, hotels, or service centers.
• Provide a friendly and professional experience for passengers.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to established schedules and pick-up/drop-off times.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the shuttle is fueled as needed.
• Track fuel expenses and report to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
