Job summary

Hilbish Ford in Kannapolis, NC is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Shuttle Driver to join our team. As the face of the dealership during customer transportation, you will provide safe, reliable, and friendly service to customers at every interaction.

Responsibilities include transporting customers to airports, hotels, or service centers, planning efficient routes, adhering to schedules, monitoring fuel, and reporting fuel expenses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL may be required depending on shuttle size.
• Previous shuttle driver experience preferred.
• Punctuality and ability to adhere to schedules.
• Strong navigational skills and the ability to read maps or use GPS.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations, such as airports, hotels, or service centers.
• Provide a friendly and professional experience for passengers.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to established schedules and pick-up/drop-off times.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the shuttle vehicle is fueled as needed.
• Track fuel expenses and report to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties assigned.
