Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service with ability to handle high volume inquiries.
• Experience in a service department preferred.
• Proficiency with CDK/work order systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Complete customer service authorizations and provide cost estimates to customers.
• Ensure customers have sufficient credit and arrange payments as required.
• Communicate estimated start time and completion date to customers and update progress.
• Assign SPGs/estimated repair times to work order segments and manage service jobs.
• Invoice customers, including warranty work, and review invoice before closing the work order.
