You will work in a fast-paced environment, using a Dealer Management System (DMS) and collaborating with technicians to provide accurate estimates and timely service recommendations.

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling appropriate services.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer calls promptly and courteously to satisfy inquiries.
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments.
• Proficient knowledge in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software to access service history, schedule appointments, and manage information.
• Provide excellent service and review customer satisfaction surveys.
