Ken Garff Automotive Group’s Aloha Kia Airport location is seeking a Service Advisor who greets customers promptly, assesses service needs, and offers timely options. You’ll provide updates, estimates, and service results, while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.

• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer calls promptly and courteously, aiming to satisfy inquiries.
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers.
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information.
• Provide excellent service and review customer satisfaction surveys with each customer.

What you’ll do as a Service Advisor:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer’s service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer
