• Create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally.
• Provide estimates and keep customers updated on repair status and timelines.
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep work moving efficiently.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
• Help drive service department performance while maintaining a customer-first approach.
