Job summary

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to connect customers with our service technicians, communicate recommended maintenance, and keep customers informed from check-in to delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple customers, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment. Previous dealership or sales-related customer experience is a plus, along with a valid driver's license.

Turn Great Service Into a Great Career Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our service technicians. You'll listen to customers' needs, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, keep them informed throughout the process, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident about their experience with Nucar.
