Job summary

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to connect customers with our service team and ensure a standout experience. You'll welcome customers, assess vehicle needs, create repair orders, and keep customers informed from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers.
Team-oriented, positive, professional attitude.
Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus.
Customer-facing experience such as sales or hospitality is welcome.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and identify vehicle service and repair needs.
Create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery.
Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally.
Provide estimates and keep customers updated on repair status and timelines.
Work closely with technicians and service team to keep work moving.
Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
Help drive service department performance while maintaining a customer-first approach.
