Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a North America Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and customer support to the sales organization in Chicago. You will coordinate product samples, manage shipping and inventory, support showroom operations, and help maintain Salesforce records.

In this role you will respond to requests, assist Territory Managers with pricing and marketing materials, and ensure timely, accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent organization, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce, logistics, inventory, shipping, furniture, design, architecture, or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product and finish sample orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory.
• Manage shipping and receiving, including FedEx shipments, tracking information, and delivery confirmations.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready showroom and assist with hospitality for visits and presentations.
• Support Territory Managers with pricing, shipping, product information, samples, and marketing materials.
• Assist with Salesforce data entry, account maintenance, and general sales administration.
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, customer-focused manner.
