Job summary

The role involves coordinating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Services, maintaining CRM data, and preparing customer quotes for standard and smaller projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or project coordination preferred.
• Comfortable preparing quotations and working with pricing information.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Services to keep projects moving.
• Prepare, review, and distribute customer quotations and proposals with sales reps.
• Independently prepare quotes and coordinate requests for smaller projects and replacement parts.
• Serve as primary contact for routine customer questions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support deal pipelines and quotations.
• Track project milestones, submittals, and shipping dates to ensure timely delivery.
