Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products for their projects on a fast-paced sales floor. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with starting pay at $18/hr or more based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Heavy equipment certification may be required by state law with drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with projects and product recommendations.
• Provide fast, friendly service and maintain a clean, safe store area.
• Process transactions at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Stock, tag, and display merchandise; keep in-stock areas orderly and safe.
• Assist in other store areas as needed and support sales goals.
