In this role you’ll handle omnichannel needs, process transactions, restock, and maintain a clean, safe store while delivering a friendly shopping experience across channels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention.
