Job summary

Carter's Inc. is the largest North American apparel retailer for babies and young children. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers, explaining product features, and helping them prep for milestones.

You’ll handle omnichannel needs, complete POS transactions, replenish floors, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining a safe, welcoming store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products, styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers promptly in a busy environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and complete POS/register transactions efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store to minimize loss.
