• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business.
• Model customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
