Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist on the sales floor.
• Operate the store cash register and handle cash/card transactions, discounts, and cash balancing.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Request manager assistance for returns/exchanges and customer issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe work practices.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership.
