MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retail Cashier for the Ozark Store - W South location. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and help on the sales floor while maintaining store cleanliness and accuracy.

This full-time, hourly role offers a monthly bonus up to $250, comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 403(b)/401(a) retirement options, PTO, holidays, and flexible scheduling. No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist on the sales floor.
• Operate the store cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, discounts and returns.
• Keep shelves clean, stocked, rotated, and store area tidy and safe.
• Call for manager assistance for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
