MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Cashier for our Manchester Store. The role supports the mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work and involves greeting customers, operating the register, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

The position is hourly full-time with a starting rate of $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus up to $250. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; no degree required.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stay organized and interact with a diverse population.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist on the sales floor; answer phones with a professional greeting.
• Operate the cash register; handle cash, credit transactions, discounts, and balancing.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Seek manager assistance for returns, exchanges, and customer issues.
• Keep store clean and safe; remove obstructions from aisles.
