Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices and computers.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and escalate concerns to management when needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS to process purchases and report scanning issues to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and follow line policies to optimize checkout efficiency.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms and maintain neat displays.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain store zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Support management in achieving operational efficiency and loss reduction goals.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe working environment and equipment condition.
