Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to support the store team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and daily store operations while upholding company standards.

The role requires flexible availability, a strong fashion sense, and the ability to work across multiple store locations within the district. Medical and other benefits are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing expert service in a professional, courteous and responsive manner.
• Displays fashion knowledge and helps customers choose merchandise meeting their needs.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking and pricing.
• Maintains a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward job and company.

• Supports sales training and merchandising techniques for staff.
• Monitors store compliance and security measures.
