DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support the store management team with daily operations, including customer service, driving sales, merchandising, and other duties as assigned.

The position requires a 35–40 hour work week and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking, pricing, and monitoring shrink while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
• Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand.
• Ability to work with a team and handle responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in choosing products.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor and follow loss prevention policies.
• Balance cash and monitor store procedures; report discrepancies to management.
• Support training of employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
