Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and support store operations, merchandising, and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, attention to attendance, and the ability to assist customers with loading purchases.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processing.
• Complete plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler if age-appropriate (18+).
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure Legendary Customer Service.
