Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. You will contribute to a Legendary Customer Experience by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions.

The role requires flexibility in shifts and a focus on safe, accurate merchandising, checkout operations, and assistance with loading purchases.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs.
• Recommend product solutions and add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process as needed.
• Complete plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and handle price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler if age permits; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a Legendary customer experience and safe handling of poultry.
