Qualifications

• 3 months customer service experience in a work environment.
• 3 months experience operating a computer in a work environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience in a recreational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as desk clerk, welcoming and checking-in individuals while directing them to the proper locations.
• Answer questions, complete program registrations and process transactions.
• Recreation account maintenance, membership sales and reporting.
• Verify Broomfield Residency and communicate Recreation policies.
• Handle cash and perform reconciliation.
• Operate computer for email and Recreation Software.
• Correspondence via phone and email.
