Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing preferred.
• Program Manager experience in aerospace and defense environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFT meetings and ensure action items are closed.
• Manage customer satisfaction while protecting NEOTech’s interests.
• Oversee sales order process related to customer change requirements.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
