Job summary

Neotech in Longmont, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT). The PM ensures operational performance aligns with customer expectations while achieving internal financial goals.

Job description

Summary

The Program Manager (PM) is the “voice of the customer (VOC)” and leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT). The PM drives operational performance to the customer while ensuring NEOTech’s internal financial goals are achieved. Working closely with Account Management, General Management, and Business Development, the PM delivers products, services, and solutions that meet customer needs and internal objectives.

Essential Job Elements
  • Lead CFT meetings, maintain meeting notes, and ensure action items are closed internally and with the customer.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with customers to discuss performance and upcoming requirements.
  • Oversee the sales order process related to customer change requirements.
  • Drive customer satisfaction while protecting NEOTech’s interests, goals, and financial performance.
  • Manage communication of key metrics (inventory turns, quality, OTD delivery, tariffs/duty recovery, PPV, E&O, etc.) with internal teams and customers on a regular basis.
  • Communicate NCNR parts to customers, secure sign‑off, and discontinue orders without signature; escalations to Account Management are required if no response.
  • Initiate CFT quotes or reprices with Account Management and schedule kick‑off with Supply Chain Solutions Management.
  • Know MSA terms and conditions, coordinate end‑of‑life agreements, and conduct contract reviews.
  • Maintain profitability by reviewing project costs versus quotations and ensuring margins are met.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to close open items promptly, limiting risks to customers and the organization.
  • Implement ECO/ECN and present cost impact to customers with recovery purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely implementation of production schedules.
  • Interface with key NEOTech managers to secure necessary project escalations.
  • Support ISO standards and corporate 5S objectives for quality management.
  • Present excess & obsolete (E&O) monthly to customers, drive resolution, and coordinate the Excess & Obsolete Mitigation Plan.
  • Available for travel up to 25% of the time, including day, overnight, and international trips, as required.
  • Support a 24/7 global business operation when necessary.
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CEPM certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing (preferred).
  • Program Manager experience in aerospace and defense environments.
