Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services to our customers in aerospace and defense markets. The PM collaborates with Account Management and site leadership to drive growth, aligns with internal financial goals, and communicates metrics to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in electronics contract manufacturing, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of electronics contract manufacturing experience.
• Program management experience in aerospace/defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and customer focus meetings; capture actions and drive closure.
• Lead weekly/monthly customer reviews and ensure timely communications.
• Manage sales order process related to customer changes.
• Drive customer satisfaction while meeting NEOTech's financial goals.
• Monitor metrics (inventory turns, delivery, PPV, E&O) and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate ECN/MA process and present cost impacts to customers.
• Work with Operations to ensure production schedules are implemented.
