Job summary

Plexus Corp is seeking a Customer Liaison for the Customer Focus Team to interpret and communicate material requirements across procurement and demand planning. You will collaborate with teams to maximize customer fulfillment while following Plexus policies.

Based in a dynamic environment, you will manage inventory, pricing input, and cost controls to support site revenue and efficiency goals. A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory strategy to achieve targeted net inventory levels/days of inventory.
• Execute timely submission of excess and obsolete material claims per process and contract.
• Understand customer financial metrics and impact to Parts Contribution and variances.
• Initiate and monitor supply chain solutions to optimize procurement and deployment.
• Provide input into repricing to address exposure risk and localization needs.
