The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication and adherence to banking regulations. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least six months in a customer service role
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be PC literate with spreadsheet, word processing, and internet knowledge
• Excellent verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri with evening and weekend hours, differential pay for some shifts
• One year banking or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer telephone inquiries courteously and promptly
• Resolve questions and problems about bank products and services
• Complete and maintain related reports, records, and files
• Cross-sell bank products and services and make referrals
• Support call center operations and participate in training
• Stay compliant with all applicable laws and bank policies
• Maintain knowledge of risk controls, loss prevention, and AML/BSA rules
