National Vision is seeking an Optical Specialist for Eyeglass World to deliver confident, personalized service from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness and pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Active dispensing license as required by state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences at all stages of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting, and product education.
• Ensure eyewear meets standards for fit, function, and presentation.
• Assist with pre-exam support and in-store flow as needed.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished handoffs.
