Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Lot Attendant in Los Angeles, CA. You will greet customers by name, assist in the parking area, and help direct traffic to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires strong customer service experience; parking industry experience is helpful but not required. The position is part-time, with hours varying 9am–4pm, Monday through Saturday, and includes on-demand access to earned wages and a referral bonus for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and assist in the parking area, lanes, and office.
• Direct traffic and promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Oversee maintenance of the garage and ensure proper access to customers.
• Repair or report malfunctioning parking equipment as needed.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
