LAZ Parking is seeking a Lot Attendant to greet customers, enforce lot rules, and maintain a clean, safe parking area. You will represent the LAZ Way with honesty, integrity, and strong communication, working with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure the lot is used by banking patrons only.
• Report concerns to direct supervisor and, if needed, to a Bank Branch Manager.
• Maintain and inspect parking area for hazards and cleanliness.
• Keep parking location clean and safe; sweep, empty trash, change light bulbs as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot parking equipment to ensure access for customers.
• Be in LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
• Enforce property rules and respond to loiterers or emergencies as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
