Sprouts Farmers Market in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Cashier to serve as the face of the store, handling transactions quickly and accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist customers, stock shelves when needed, and keep checkout areas clean. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashier experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs., and maneuver carts as needed.
• Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills; able to read, write and count.

Responsibilities

• Process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and give correct change.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide information as needed.
• Assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Direct customers to product locations and communicate with front end leadership.
• Follow all front end procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
