Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Cashier to be the face of the store, processing orders quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle cash and payments, resolve questions, and assist with stocking and store cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, teamwork with the front-end team, and knowledge of weekly specials. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outoing, friendly behavior, positive attitude, and ability to engage customers.
• Operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication; take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and move carts as required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with prompt, friendly service.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide change; resolve complaints.
• Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and maintaining checkout areas.
• Provide product location directions and knowledge of weekly ads and events.
