Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier to greet customers, process checkout transactions accurately, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash and payments, assist with stocking, and maintain clean checkout areas while staying responsive to customer needs and store procedures. This role supports team goals and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with customers.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and with a smile.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and makes change.
• Maintain clean & orderly checkout areas; stock and face shelves as needed.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Collaborate with front-end manager and Head Cashier.
