Pensacola Motorsports is seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Associate to support our powersports dealership's sales and financing process. You will handle credit applications, paperwork, and customer communications to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, title processing, or dealership administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage credit applications with accuracy and confidentiality
• Print and complete all necessary paperwork for sold units
• Present ancillary products to customers, including warranties, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans
• Remit finance contracts to lenders for timely funding
• Process tag and title work in compliance with state regulations
• Handle warranty transfers and cancellations efficiently
