Bass Pro Shops seeks a Powersports Sales Associate to oversee unit sales, financing processes, and documentation. You will work with customers to determine needs, present financing options, and coordinate quotes, deposits, and credit applications.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely posting of deals in IDS, and close collaboration with the Service and Finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting or business math preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales, consumer lending, or loan processing.
• Experience in marine, auto, RV or motorcycle industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine powersport needs and advise.
• Coordinate quotes, deposits, credit applications and related docs.
• Post deals in IDS within 24 hours and manage related documentation.
• Ensure payment before release of units and safekeeping of funds.
• Schedule deliveries with Service Department and complete closing docs.
