Job summary

Parts Authority seeks a dedicated dispatcher to coordinate driver routes and ensure on-time deliveries in a fast-paced environment. You will track orders, assign runs, and maintain accurate billing with customers and stores.

Strong communication and reliability are essential. Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and routes to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Use dispatch program to track orders from other stores and assign runs to drivers.
• Verify cash collected and record delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Advise drivers on proper routes and status updates for customers.
• Assist customers over the phone to update them on order status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dispatcher to join our high energy, fun, and fast paced work environment. The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling the drivers routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

• Work well with customers
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/ distribute runs to drivers
• Ensure that driver counts money collected and put delivery times on bills
• Work with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly
• Work with drivers to make sure that they know the correct route
• Work with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their orders
• Properly assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Must be able to meet company insurance requirements- (drivers must be 21 years old or over)
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
