Job summary

Parts Authority in Ansonia, CT seeks a Dispatcher with strong customer service experience. The role includes occasional delivery duties and an hourly rate of $18.44. You will be the main contact for customers, tracking orders and coordinating with drivers and parts pullers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work well with customers.
• Use dispatch program to track orders and assign runs to drivers.
• Ensure driver cash handling and accurate billing times.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Inform drivers of correct routes and statuses.
• Update customers on order progress by phone.
• Assist drivers with routing or other issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
