Graybar is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Daytona Beach, FL to be the face of our store, helping walk-in customers and will-call orders. You will learn Graybar’s broad product line, assist customers with their needs, and maintain the counter area with a focus on service excellence.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to work in a warehouse environment, use PPE safely, and contribute to team operations.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to communicate well with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE.
• 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
