Graybar is hiring a Counter Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX, to be the main face-to-face contact for customers. You will sell merchandise, handle will-call orders, and learn a wide range of Graybar products to best assist customers.

Expect to provide exemplary service, work in the warehouse, and engage in product knowledge training to become a trusted advisor for customers in a fast-paced retail-like environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to communicate well with customers to understand needs.
• Ability to perform physical requirements for warehouse work.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE; 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar's products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call orders
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Be active in the warehouse
