Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our store, selling merchandise to walk-in customers and handling will-call orders. You will learn about a wide range of products and provide expert service.

This role also includes occasional delivery responsibilities; you will work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a pay rate of $25 per hour. Steel-toed boots are required, and you’ll be part of a Fortune 500 distributor focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service
• Ability to communicate with customers to understand needs
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and wear PPE
• 4+ years experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through training and on-the-job learning
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area
• Sell to walk-in customers and manage will-call orders
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Be active in the warehouse
