Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Cashier in Wisconsin. You will greet customers, operate the checkout, scan items, apply coupons, and assist at self-checkout and on the sales floor while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Full-time benefits begin after 91 days, with weekend premium pay and a base wage up to $15.00/hr. A 401(k) with company match and employee discounts are also available.

Qualifications

• Perform Self-Checkout attendant duties as needed.
• Provide Customer Care including returns and answering the phone.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Perform duties of Sales Floor Associate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store.
• Greet customers at checkout and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Scan items and redeem in-store/manufacturer coupons.
• Maintain checkout area cleanliness and organization.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed.
