Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking friendly cashiers to greet customers, scan items, and ensure accurate pricing at the checkout. You will support everyday store operations with a positive attitude and help maintain a clean, organized checkout area.

The role offers weekend premium pay and a base wage up to $15.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days for full-time associates, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, plus staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering and leaving the store.
• Greet customers at the checkout line.
• Scan each item and verify pricing.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise in the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Address customer issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Support Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications, Loyalty sign-ups, and BEST Protection Plans.
• Assist at self-checkout and the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all relevant policies (finance, safety, HR, legal, etc.).
