Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet seeks friendly cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service at the checkout. The role includes scanning items, processing payments, applying coupons, and assisting on the sales floor while upholding Blain’s Culture.

Eligible associates receive a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days of full-time employment, weekend premium pay, and an associates discount on major brands. This is a full-time, on-site position in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier or customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and handle inquiries.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and leave the store.
• Greet customers at the checkout line and scan items.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and redeem coupons.
• Assist with in-store customer care, self-checkout, and sales floor as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Support Blain’s Rewards and loyalty sign-ups, BEST Protection plans.
• Follow all relevant policies (finance, safety, HR, legal).
