Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Janesville, WI is seeking friendly associates for full-time cashier roles. You will greet customers, scan items, manage coupons, and assist across departments while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You'll also support at self-checkout and on the sales floor, help with carryout, and promote Blain’s Rewards and protection plans. A positive attitude and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-Checkout attendant duties when needed.
• Customer care duties including returns and answering the phone.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Sales Floor Associate duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering or leaving the store with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Greet customers at the checkout line and scan items to ensure correct pricing.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons and manage basic discounts.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain checkout area cleanliness and organization.
• Resolve customer issues and elevate to management when appropriate.
• Encourage Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications and loyalty sign-ups.
