Qualifications

• Experience in a retail checkout or customer service role.
• Ability to scan items, apply coupons, and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in checkout area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and at checkout.
• Scan items and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Redeem manufacturer coupons and rewards points where applicable.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain checkout area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Support other departments during busy periods as required.
