Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is hiring a Cashier/Self-Checkout attendant. You will welcome customers, scan items, apply coupons, and assist on the sales floor.

The role offers weekend premium pay and a base hourly rate up to $15, plus a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days of full-time employment.

This position emphasizes customer service and knowledge of checkout functions while upholding Blain’s culture and policies.

Qualifications

• Perform the duties of the Self-Checkout attendant as needed.
• Perform Customer Care duties including returns and answering the phone as needed.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Perform duties of the Sales Floor Associate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer when entering and leaving the store.
• Greet customers when entering the checkout line.
• Scan each item and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Redeem in store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise/supplies in the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and handle customer inquiries; escalate to management as needed.
• Achieve specific goals for Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications and loyalty sign-ups.
• Assist at customer care, Self Checkout, and the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with relevant policies.
