Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking team members to operate POS, assist customers, and maintain a clean store environment in Payson, AZ. You will lead by example, handle transactions, encourage donations at POS, and support floor merchandise presentation.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate math, and clear English communication. 16+ with background screening may be required; benefits start after 60 days, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written).
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all payments.
• Greets customers and promotes a positive store experience.
• Maintains sales floor standards and assists with shelving.
• Stock merchandise and communicate announcements via paging systems.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment and completes closing procedures.
