Job summary

La La Land Cafe in Oklahoma City is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food preparation.

You will craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and pastries, greet customers with a smile, handle payments, ensure food safety, restock supplies, and help keep the front and back of house running smoothly during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and love for connecting with people.
• Previous Barista or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation and quality control for espresso-based drinks, teas and pastries.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer services.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in drink preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
• Receive and process payments via credit card.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging for to‑go orders.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
