La La Land Cafe in Costa Mesa is hiring Team Members to share kindness, inclusivity, and great coffee with every guest. You will prepare beverages, support food preparation, and help keep the space welcoming and spotless. As part of the team, you’ll greet customers, craft espresso drinks, ensure consistency with our standards, and handle payments with care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
• Positive attitude and love for connecting with people.
• Experience as a Barista or in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and teas.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
• Receive and process payments via credit card.
• Restock ingredients and support other team members.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders as needed.
